Successful open day of Semen Cardona Colombia

The new international project of Semen Cardona is already a reality: Semen Cardona Colombia has begun its activity with an open day to visit its new artificial insemination center, CIA La Cuesta. An act attended by 80 people related to the Colombian pig sector.

The guests have been able to enjoy guided tours of the center and have seen first-hand the working method that Semen Cardona will apply in this center located in Medellín.

This new CIA has high biosecurity measures. In addition, Semen Cardona has its own CIA management software so clients can see traceability, health management, and semen orders from their cell phones.

The day, which ended with a meal for all attendees, was attended by Maria Àngel Rial, president of Semen Cardona, and Jordi Coletas, CEO of SC. Together with them, the director of International Development, Carles Torrentó, and the manager of Semen Cardona Colombia, Jhon Ardila.
