Strengthening international ties with the visit of Korean pig farmers to Semen Cardona’s headquarters

At Semen Cardona, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of young pig farmers from South Korea, an event made possible thanks to our collaboration with HIPRA and the support of Isaac Ballarà, Swine Global Technical Manager, and Bruce Noh, Technical Marketing Manager.

During their tour of our facilities in Cardona, the visitors experienced firsthand our advanced processes for producing pig semen doses. They were particularly interested in the stringent biosecurity protocols we implement to ensure maximum quality and safety in each dose.

Throughout the visit, we shared knowledge about the latest innovations in swine genetics and reproductive management, focusing on strategies that enhance productivity and profitability for pig farming operations.

This visit is part of a series of international exchanges we have hosted in recent months, welcoming professionals from the swine industry in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Japan. These technical exchange experiences reinforce our commitment to the global growth of the sector and the promotion of best practices across the industry.
